Beyond Valor 3rd Edition

Beyond Valor was the first ASL module published by Avalon Hill. It contained German and Russian infantry, support weapons, vehicles and ordnance as well as Finnish infantry and support weapons.

Most importantly, Beyond Valor contained the information counters required to play ASL scenarios from other modules. Some scenarios in Beyond Valor required boards 1 and 8; these were included in Squad Leader and GI: Anvil of Victory.

MMP published the 3th edition of Beyond Valor. It contains 10 ASL Starter Kit-style maps and 24 scenarios which use only those maps.

Contents (1st Edition)

  • 4 mounted maps (20, 21, 22, 23)
  • 24 counter sheets
  • 10 scenarios
  • 4 dice

Contents (3rd Edition)

  • 10 unmounted maps (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 20, 21, 22, 23)
