- Shorten game length by one turn.
- Add eight Wire counters.
- Change Dutch Balance to read "Delete the 8-0 from the German OB".
- Change German Balance to read "Extend game length to 8 game turns".
- In SSR 3, replace last sentence with: "Dutch fortifications may not set up hidden (contrary to A12.33)".
